As well as having over 30 years experience in production, Neil’s video marketing experience has given him the ability to deliver strategic video campaigns. He’s head of Business Development here at Ginger and just loves talking to people! Apparently he was born with a QPR scarf round his neck. He’s rarely seen without a smile, is a travel addict and loves a BBQ (in any weather!)

Nathan is one of our in-house illustrators. He brings a wealth of illustrating experience to the role. He works directly with clients and also the creative team to give our clients amazing animated videos and graphics. His pet hate is dubbed live action films, about which he says ‘just watch it in its original language and read the subtitles.’!

Charlie is the Producer here at Ginger and leads the Creative Team, overseeing all aspects of video production, starting from the initial idea to the final polished production. He brings a wealth of passion and experience to the role and enjoys bringing the best possible video productions to our clients.

His guilty pleasure is that he secretly enjoys Taylor Swift's music.

Jo has impeccable multi-tasking and co-ordination skills, and she’s particularly proud of her superhuman ability to control the production team! Jo actually gets excited about spreadsheets – aka a ‘spreadsheet nerd’?? ! She loves music, lording it in a caravan at festivals and is always (embarrassingly some might say) first up to dance!

Jishnu heads up our PPC team, bringing his expertise as a certified Google Ads professional. He takes charge of overseeing all campaigns, consistently providing outstanding results and satisfaction to our clients.
Outside work he can be found trying new restaurants as he loves discovering new flavours and cuisines. His guilty pleasure is dipping into a tub of rocky road or mint chocolate chip ice cream!
